The 4 Principles of Connection Model addresses the core connections essential in the employee experience for aligning to and deploying purpose throughout an organization. As we explore the model, we’ll focus on the inherent organization design connections.

Description:

In this session, we’ll address the problems created by the employee engagement model for people strategy and, thus, why engagement levels haven’t moved in 30+ years. We’ll then explore an alternative model (4 Principles of Connection) that examines people strategy through the lens of employee experience and human-centered design thinking. The model helps infuse purpose through scaffolded connections, leading to personal fulfillment and alignment to the organization’s mission. Participants will leave with a simple and clear framework for designing ideal employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle which create a connected culture.

What is the 4 Principles of Connection™ model?
Principle 1 – Connection to Self
Principle 2 – Connection to Others
Principle 3 – Connection to Role
Principle 4 – Connection to the Organization
