We’re delighted to share the results of the ODF Practitioner Survey in our Organization Design Practitioner Report!

Near the end of 2025, we surveyed the Organization Design community to understand how, where and why organization design is practiced today.  Our aim was to create a comprehensive baseline of data that captures who we are, what we focus on, how we work, and where we’re heading.

The findings are rich and nuanced. We think you’ll discover plenty to reflect on, whether that’s benchmarking your own approach, exploring how the field is evolving, or thinking about what it all means for Organization Design’s relevance in a rapidly changing world.

We’ll continue to draw out insights for different practitioner communities and on specific topics – so watch this space.
