Description:

In this session, you’ll use the Purpose Archetypes framework to discover your organization’s archetype. Using a combination of case study and examples from session participants, we’ll explore the design considerations behind the archetypes. You’ll gain insight into articulating an inspiring and compelling purpose and bringing it down to earth into the design and operations of your organization. You’ll walk away with actionable design and operations decisions that can be made more immediately, and those on a longer horizon you can build on with your leadership peers.
