2026 Conference

Design for Continuous Evolution

ODF is convening great thinkers and practitioners at all levels to explore how to design adaptable systems where individual talent and collective intelligence thrive, and teams unite to create meaningful impact. As the world of technology rapidly evolves, the heart of our success lies in our relationships. These connections drive the collaboration, bold decision-making, and innovative breakthroughs that push organizations to new heights.
We’re looking for passionate practitioners, trailblazers, and provocateurs who can engage our conference participants in diverse conversations and experiential learning.
In brief:
- highly interactive sessions; 45 – 90 minutes
- Delivered in-person
Session characteristics that will grab our attention:
- Your topic ties into our theme – Transforming in Motion: Design for Continuous Evolution
- A practitioner focus, with practical takeaways (e.g. tools, methodologies, worked examples)
- Highly interactive sessions
- Case studies delivered by or with the client or end-user
- Co-learning sessions that leverage the knowledge in the audience
We are giving you the freedom to propose a session with very few boundaries and are planning the conference with in-person interaction in mind. Session leaders should design a format that best inspires, educates, and connects participants.
