Facilitated by Blake Bowersock, this first community conversation will explore how a large insurance company has designed their internal Organization Design & Effectiveness Center of Expertise. Mary Selden of State Farm Insurance ,will share her experiences as an internal Org Design Consultant who helped define and refine State Farm’s internal OD/OE capability for the last four years. She’ll share practical tips and learnings on building strong reputations with business leaders, working with other internal specialists and HR generalists, how the team scaled and grew, and how they overcame the common challenges of standing up a new capability.
