In this Org Design by Technology (ODxT) session featuring Dean Walsh with Orgsure we explored why many technology-driven design initiatives do not achieve planned ROI and how we can improve outcomes. Analysis of root causes for missed targets suggests that solutions may be in the job architecture. New technologies tend to optimize work execution disproportionately to work coordination (the levers of ROI).
