Have you ever wished you could inspire a team to think more creatively and embrace bold solutions to organization design challenges? Together with the Either/Org Project community, we’re offering a community conversation about how org design practitioners stay inspired and, in turn, inspire stakeholders.
Our guest, Stephanie Gioia, Director of the Either/Org Project, will share the story behind the Either/Org Inspiration Library. We’ll connect in breakout groups to explore w
hen, what, and how you pull inspiration into your org design process.
In this interactive session, you’ll have the chance to share your own inspiration sources and methods, and discover new ways to incorporate them. The event will include a demonstration of the Either/Org Inspiration Library, where you can access hundreds of ideas and examples for org design inspiration.
Stephanie is an expert in collaborative wayfinding for organizations in uncharted waters. She is a partner at Future Work Design, focused on Strategic Planning and Organizational Innovation. Stephanie loves learning, research, and practice that moves the world toward humane, meaningful work. Stephanie teaches organizational innovation and leads Either/Org, a grassroots research project collecting organization design inspiration.
