Many organization designs focus on the people in the organization, fitting individuals into boxes on an organization chart. What happens, though, when we design around roles in a people-centered way? Rather than seeing a tension between designing around work and designing around individuals, we invite you to consider how a human centered design aligns the individual to the work to be done.
