Each session will feature Greg and Amy, two of the most influential figures in organization design, whose firm, Kates Kesler, shaped the field for two decades before its acquisition by Accenture.

Their forthcoming book, The Organization Design Practitioner:  Building Operating Models That Deliver, is yet another important contribution to the field: a practical framework for approaching organization design, enriched with the wisdom of reflective personal learnings due out October 1. Drawing on this content, and complimented by findings from ODF’s recent practitioner research, they’ll reflect on what it takes to deliver demonstrable value in a rapidly changing organizational landscape.
