Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.

Join Julian Chender, ODF Advisory Board Liaison, who is hosting this month’s meet-up, for two to three rounds of participant-led breakouts to chat about topics of special interest to practitioners.

Topic: Designing Around Roles

Many organization designs focus on the people in the organization, fitting individuals into boxes on an organization chart. What happens, though, when we design around roles in a people-centered way? Rather than seeing a tension between designing around work and designing around individuals, we invite you to consider how a human centered design aligns the individual to the work to be done. Join us this month for a rich discussion about the person in Organization Design!
