Join Julian Chender, ODF Advisory Board Liaison, who is hosting this month’s meet-up, for two to three rounds of participant-led breakouts to chat about topics of special interest to practitioners.

Topic: The Operating Model: Translating Strategy into Results

The practice of Organization Design creates an Operating Model that translates strategy into organizational outcomes. Yet as a field, we hold very different definitions of the Operating Model. What does it include? How does it work? How do we build it? And how should it be used?

We’ll explore these questions as we kick off the next season of Coffee to Cocktails, a place to share, learn and grow through curated conversations with peers. Have an opinion on Operating Models? Come share it! Never heard the term? Come learn!
