Operating Models: The Frustrating Quest for Clarity

There are multiple definitions and interpretations of what is an operating model and what is included in it.  In this ODF Community Conversation we will attempt to share some market examples from a practitioner’s view and facilitate a conversation around a few key questions on the topic. We hope the collective wisdom will help provide learning and clarity for all.
