Whether you’re an HRBP, a manager navigating change, part of a strategy team, or simply interested in how organizations are structured to perform — this course is for you. Designed for anyone new to organization design, this virtual, interactive program provides an intimate learning opportunity, and will deepen your understanding of core models, processes, and your role in shaping effective organizations.
Dates: 4 weekly Instructor-led live sessions on Thursdays

Through a mix of 4 facilitated sessions and 3 self-paced learning modules led by practitioners with deep applied experience… you’ll build confidence, connect with a supportive learning community, and explore how organization design applies to your own work.
