Alice Mann, PhD is a published organizational psychologist, organization design, change and transformation expert and the founder of Mann Partners, a boutique consulting firm enabling private equity and Fortune 500 leaders to build powerful organizations and teams through long-term capability building and customized value creation strategies.

Named as one of 2021’s Top 25 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A, Alice served as a partner at Sentinel Capital and an operating partner at Blue Wolf Capital, where she drove human capital goals and capabilities to achieve portfolio company EBITDA targets.
