The Organization Design Forum is known for integrating traditions of performance captured by the principles of organization design (OD) with traditions of change captured by the principles of organization development (OD). When the two are fused, design and change become the same thing and organization agility (OA) emerges. Join us on October 13 to talk about how organization agility addresses the challenge of AI adoption.![]()
The session will include 60 minutes of structured discussion, followed by an additional 30 minutes of open conversation for those who would like to stay on.
Dr. Christopher Worley is a Clinical Professor of Strategy and Organization at the Rennes School of Business (France), the Research Professor of Management (Emeritus) at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, an affiliated Senior Research Scientist at USC’s Center for Effective Organizations, and a Senior Visiting Fellow for the Singapore government. He is a recognized leader in the fields of organization agility, organization development, and organization design. He was also the founding Strategy Director at the Center for Leadership and Effective Organizations at the NEOMA Business School (France), a Senior Research Scientist at USC’s Center for Effective Organizations, Chair of the Academy of Management’s Organization Development and Change division, and Director of the Master of Science in Organization (MSOD) program at Pepperdine University.
He received the McGregor Award from the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and Pepperdine University’s Luckman Distinguished Teaching Fellowship.
Dr. Worley is co-author of The Agility Factor, Becoming Agile, Management Reset, Built to Change, Integrated Strategic Change, co-editor of two volumes of Organizing for Sustainable Effectiveness series, and co-author of eight editions of Organization Development and Change.
