Translating Organization Design
to Fit the Social Impact Sector
Join ODF community members, Julian Chender and Brandon Curry, in an encore of one of our very popular peer-led 2025 Conference sessions. They will seek to bridge the gap between organization design’s vast experience in the corporate world and the potential for more application to the social imp
act space. It will introduce adaptation to our familiar corporate models and some new models and methods for consulting in the nonprofit and social sector.
During this webinar the presenters will share:
- their point of view on what makes social impact organizations unique
- how to adapt corporate organization design frameworks
- new social impact frameworks they have created
Brandon and Julian will build the conversation around two case studies: one looking from “the outside in,” bringing corporate practices to a social impact organization, and one looking from “the inside out” bringing social impact practices to a corporate foundation.
