Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.

Topic: Designing Across Organizations
This month we will discuss trans-organizational design work. Whether it’s between two departments in a larger organization, two organizations in a holding company, or two distinct organizations merging, doing a strategic partnership, or building a joint venture, inter-organization design is a challenge all its own. Come discuss the vagaries of bringing two (or more!) distinct bodies together, including the new(ish) concept of interaction models and anything you’ve had particular success with or would like to try.
