Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.
Topic: Designing through Uncertainty
What will happen next? And how do we design for an unknown future? We live in a world where the best of intentions only get so one so far, yet organization designs are often designed around our intentions: strategy, growth, etc. What now? Come together with fellow practitioners this month to discuss how we design for uncertainty and help our clients — internal and external — navigate this challenge.
The ODF Coffee to Cocktails Club is a place to connect, share, and learn. We build community around a shared passion for Organization Design. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
