Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of participant-led breakouts to chat about topics of special interest to practitioners.
Topic: Organization Design’s Role in Strategic Partnerships
Whether in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or other strategic partnerships, Organization Design has a role to play in knitting together two entities. It doesn’t work to sign a stack of legal documents and hope collaboration works out; collaboration needs to be designed. This month we’ll talk about inter-organizational collaboration design, and the basis of it in harmonizing business models and strategy, processes and governance, metrics, and talent. Come share your experience and learn from others through conversation.
