Amplified Organization Design: Evolving How We Work

New technologies, AI agents, and data-driven insights are changing operating models and how we design them.
Join Mithuna Bhatt, Todd Christian, and Kent McMillan from Accenture‘s Operating Model and Org Design Team at our next ODxT to learn how organization designers can leverage AI to polish their craft. The session will cover:
- Why AI, why now? The shifts in operating models demand new approaches and skills.
- A real case study focused on an organization designed with technologists and AI agents.
- A demonstration of AI-powered organization design tools unlocking new possibilities with diagnostics, analysis, and continuous optimization.
This will be an interactive session with live prompts and questions—because designing the future is something we do together
ODxT is a series we are offering to introduce technology tools and concepts that enhance and streamline organization design and delivery. Our technology partners will use real world scenarios to demonstrate how to solve problems, improve the design team experience and project effectiveness. We will consider perspectives on building capability, how to develop a business case, gain support and build adoption, and allow time for Q&A. We encourage anyone connected to organization design with any level of experience to attend.
