This features the work of Patricia Meiring, an EODF member, who is researching the dynamics of power, risk, and communications in multi-cultural environments.
You will have the opportunity to work through a “messy” case study, and share your ideas with members of our community while supporting Patricia’s ongoing research.
Patricia Meiring, a member of European ODF, consults on individual, team and organisation development using psychology, somatic therapy, coaching and team feedback processes. She has recently completed her PhD from Middlesex University. Her research is focused on a wholistic framework for practitioners to support the design of healthy thriving business culture in diverse business environments. She has a particular interest in national culture differences and their impact on organisational behavior, productivity and effectiveness, along with their implications for organisation design.
