  • Know how to recognize what is – and isn’t – an organization design opportunity
  • Understand the steps in a “typical” organization design process and some common pitfalls along the way
  • Be familiar with their role as a consultant including where and what level they are entering the client system and capabilities required for org design consulting
  • Have experience applying a subset of course material to their own experience

Participants will be asked to watch a short introductory video as pre-work and they will also be provided with the course material to use for future reference.
