Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) has been the subject of keynotes at the last 2 ODF conferences. But how many of us have used ONA to better understand and design the organizations with which we work? If you haven’t, now is your chance to learn how.

In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will:

  • Dive into the network perspective and its relevance to organization design
  • Design your own ONA study, leveraging proven practices and avoiding pitfalls.
  • Practice collecting, analyzing, and visualizing network data
  • Explore how different interventions can address the opportunities that ONA uncovers

In today’s faster-paced, more complex business environment, its often the structure of a firm’s informal network versus its formal hierarchy that defines success. Learn how you can add ONA to your organization design toolkit and gain new insight to help solve today’s most important design challenges.

NOTE:  Participants would need to bring a laptop and download a few open source applications
