She obtained an BA degree from Bryn Mawr College, an MS degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University.

When EDF Renewables was seeking a consultant to help with improving their capability of change management for digital transformation, they were introduced to frog Design. As an innovation strategy consultancy, frog did not offer traditional change management capabilities. Instead, through the human-centered design process and ‘change engagement,’ frog and EDFR together co-created a change framework right for EDFR.

Description:

Learn about the connection between organization design and design thinking; and also about the connection of OD practitioner as consultant and client; and also about the authentic connections created when change is done “with me” and not “to me.” frog and EDFR leadership created genuine and authentic connection virtually amongst and between team members through this engagement.

The process involved recruiting change agents from within EDFR, conducting an organizational assessment based on frog’s Org Activation Framework, co-creation of the EDFR Change Framework, and introduction to change methods from across traditional change as well as agile and design thinking process.

This program was conducted exclusively remotely. Attendees will have an opportunity to experience activities in Miro and learn how to introduce frameworks and co-create a new framework for the organization. We also introduced improv activities to reinforce the concept of co-creation.
