Designing healthy, thriving teams to deliver value in today’s dynamic work environment is no easy feat. Join us for an experiential session on team effectiveness in a post-COVID era and participate in a team health demo. You will leave with a framework to stimulate discussion about a group’s performance and ideas on how it might be adapted to support your engagements.

Description:

As org designers we are often at the forefront of their company’s efforts to create agile teams and networks in newly remote/ hybrid work places. Techniques and tools that intentionally foster connection and collaboration across these groups are critical to their performance and help deliver the promised change.

Come to this highly participatory session to experience how a structured team activity, the digital ‘Team Health Check,’ can unlock agility in a virtual-first work environment. We will begin with a conversation about effective teams and the inherent challenge in a post-COVID era. You will then participate in a mock ‘Team Health Check’ activity, which includes both a survey and debrief component, and have time to discuss how it might be adapted to support your work.

We will leave you with a framework to stimulate discussion about a team’s performance and a blueprint for action. We look forward to sharing insights and co-creating new learnings with you.
