ODF community members, Julian Chender and Brandon Curry, held an encore of one of our very popular peer-led 2025 Conference sessions. They seek to bridge the gap between organization design’s vast experience in the corporate world and the potential for more application to the social impact space. It will introduce adaptation to our familiar corporate models and some new models and methods for consulting in the nonprofit and social sector.  They shared two case studies: one looking from “the outside in,” bringing corporate practices to a social impact organization, and one looking from “the inside out” bringing social impact practices to a corporate foundation.
